Battlefield findings in Wahlersheid
This clip in Swedish with some English subtitles will show you what we found during our trip in May 2007.
We did not use metal detectors but that would have helped. As you can see we have made some reasonable good findings and yes, we kept them.

The findings shown in this video were found in Wahlersheid, a forest area north of Losheimergraben.
What we found in may 2007
A german gas mask canister found in Wahlersheid. It is not exactly in good shape but what can you expect from a steel canister laying around in a forest for 63 years. (May 2007)
The object on the right side of Björn is part of a 2.36 Inch M6A1 HEAT rocket. The warhead is gone and it can be argued if it was fired at all or just had its warhead removed. Found in Wahlersheid, Germany (May 2007).
The object on the left is unidentified and we did not dare to even touch it.
Again the M6A1 HEAT rocket under what we believe is part of a Panzerfaust. (May 2007)
